This wonderful detached period cottage is located in a peaceful setting with fantastic sea views over the world-famous town of St Andrews. Known as the Home of Golf with its fantastic array of courses to enjoy including the legendary Old Course and is the frequent venue of championship events. Enjoy a stroll along the town’s beautiful sandy beaches where scenes from the film 'Chariots of Fire' were shot. St Andrews is also Scotland's oldest university town and has an excellent range of boutique shops, quality eateries, friendly inns, art galleries and museums. Visit the East Neuks, quaint fishing villages, or enjoy a boat trip around the stunning Isle of May.

Step inside this charming detached period cottage into the hall, the perfect place to store your outdoor clothing. Head through to the comfortable lounge/diner and relax on the sofas and enjoy a great movie on the Smart TV with Sky, including Sky Sports and Bluetooth sound bar and DVD, and on those cooler evenings enjoy cosy nights in front of the roaring wood burner. There is also a comfortable dining area to enjoy romantic or family meals together. Next is the well-equipped kitchen the perfect place to cook up a storm with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer and microwave. Continuing back through the hall you will find two lovely super-king-size zip-and-link bedrooms (which can be made up as twins on request) with beautiful sea views. Venturing outside into the enclosed rear garden, you will find the wonderful private hot tub with magnificent sea views over St Andrews. Lovely cosy cottage perfect for a dog holiday garden is massive fully enclosed and has beautiful views. Hosts great provide all the info you need and more. Will definitely go back.

What a holiday rental option, fantastic location and unbelievablely well equipped, I cooked everyday and had everything I needed, including spices and herbs I had forgotten to bring. If u have dogs, even wee ones, the property is totally enclosed, quite literally left a door open so they had total freedom during our stay. A good quality morrisons jRead moreust over a mile away and very short drive into the dog freindly town st andrews. If we have the chance we will definitely be back. Hide

The cottage was beautifully presented, cosy, comfortable, and equipped to the highest standard. The owners made us very welcome. Fab owners, great info on local walks..Accommodation and gardens were immaculate and our dogs thoroughly enjoyed the lay out.We stayed there for 1 week and loved every minute of our stay..Hot tub was a bonus.and property had a lovely cosy feel.Would definitely come back again and would highly recommend to family and friends for future holidays.

We had a lovely stay here as a couple with our 3yo border collie. Location is fantastic, the bed was so comfy, the cottage was well-quipped for everything you might need (the internet connection is great too) and we arrived to some delicious gifts in the kitchen. :) The garden in particular is just beautiful. A cracking wee gem of a property, Fully equipped with everything you need for a short break , Ideal for taking our cairn as the garden is totally enclosed and secure and she had a ball. We have just had a lovely stay here for Christmas, it was a beautiful cottage absolutely stunning and absolutely everything you needed and more! Rosie and Robbie literally made sure we had everything we needed. The Christmas decorations were lovely too really made it a festive stay ! We had a wonderful cosy week in St Andrews before Christmas with our 6 month old son and dog. The house was decorated for Christmas with outdoor lights and a tree which was a lovely surprise. The wood fire and hot tub were fantastic and made the house really special. Home baking and chilled Prosecco there for us arriving which was so lovely. Would absolutely recommend this cottage. We loved it and will definitely return. The cottage has everything you need, the location is a five minute drive from St Andrews, but far enough up the road to make it feel secluded - soak in the hot tub, take in the views and enjoy the peace and quiet. We had an amazing stay in this cottage. The cottage had all the facilities that we required and more. The view is absolutely stunning and the hot tub is the perfect place to enjoy it after a day out exploring the area. We would definitely recommend staying here and if we come back to the area we will be looking to rebook!

Lovely little cottage sitting just outside the town but within 5 mins drive of everything you need. Bit too far to walk, unless you had loads of time. Lovely hot tub and log burners. Nice open view out the back - quiet and peaceful. Perfect place for a bit of quiet R&R.

Fantastic holiday - cottage was well situated with great views and easy travel to St Andrews town centre. There is a Morrisons, Aldi's and M & S food store 5 minutes away by car and also a local bus passes at the end of the driveway. Mr & Mrs Stevens (owners) are very helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this cottage.
