A lovingly converted first floor studio style outbuilding which provides the perfect romantic bolthole. Set just outside the vibrant market town of Launceston, it is an ideal spot to explore the best of North Cornwall and beyond.

Situated at the end of a quiet country lane along the riverside, here combines the luxury of a stunning rural location with proximity to a large array of Cornish hotspots including Boscastle (16 miles) and Port Isaac (23 miles). After enjoying the coastal breeze or rolling countryside, you can also get stuck into an abundance of picturesque walking routes including the Dartmoor National Park or even the renowned South West Coast Path, both accessible and just under 18 miles away from this lovely property. Close to the River Inny, it is the perfect spot for those to unwind and enjoy an afternoon fishing.

Accessed from the external spiral stairway, you will immediately enter into the light, open-plan studio apartment, which has been converted with a contemporary interior in mind. On your left-hand side, you have the kitchen area with everything you need to cook a tasty meal, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment and a breakfast bar, which is the perfect spot to sit and plan the day of adventures ahead. Opposite the kitchen, to your right-hand side, is the shower room complete with a walk-in, rainfall shower and a WC. The king-size bed is situated beside the open-plan living area; combined with the comfortable sofa and Smart TV, this does make for an incredibly cosy retreat where you can relax and unwind after a full day of exploring the beautiful area.  There is an additional fold out bed which could accommodate one additional person or offer alternative sleeping arrangement.

At the bottom of the outside stairway is a lovely patio area which is shared with the lower-floor studio apartment. You will notice the stunning views running across the valley from here, creating the perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful countryside on a sunny afternoon. There is also ample parking for two cars on the shared driveway.

Stunning location, right off of the A30, peaceful, secluded but well connected. Host is lovely and just a perfect spot to explore Cornwall from. We didn't stay there for long in the day but a lovely wee hide away if you wanted the seclusion! Enjoy.

We enjoyed a great stay - the property was really clean, the owner was really friendly and it was a great base to explore other parts of Cornwall with our dog. We especially loved our days in the coastal towns - Bude, Tintagel, Port Isaac and Boscastle. Golitha Falls are also well worth a visit if you're staying here! The path from the property, upRead more though the trees to the local village was also a nice short walk to do on an evening. We'd happily go back if staying around this area again! Hide
