This area offers stunning river walks, rolling hills and a selection of fine castles and ruins. The lounge is off to the right, with low ceilings, original wooden panelled walls, and a stone inglenook fireplace with a wood burner and basket of logs; there is also a wall-mounted TV. Off the lounge, you can access a games room, with a well-stocked bookcase and chest of board games for all to enjoy. To the far side of the farmhouse is a spacious kitchen/diner, beautifully finished and well-equipped with electric range oven and hob, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking scalesand dishwasher. And for dining, there is a large traditional table with low lighting that is perfect for eight. There is a utility room with a sink and washing machine along with a separate shower room with a shower and WC. When the day is done climb the stone cottage stairs that spiral up to the first floor. The landing has a split level and leads the way to four bedrooms made up of a king-size with en-suite shower and WC, a double which enjoys garden views, a king-size with dual-aspect views, and a twin room. There is a bathroom with a free-standing claw foot bath, separate shower, and WC.

You can access the garden from the raised terrace where there is seating, and the enclosed gardens have a variety of levels with areas that you can sit at to enjoy the views. To the top of the garden, there is a table and chairs with parasol and BBQ for al fresco dining.
