The farm based retreat is situated on a spectacular 2000 acre country estate a short drive from central London, set in Buckinghamshire, with easy access from the M40. There are ample footpaths to explore the surrounding woodland so don’t forget your walking boots. If you do want to explore the surrounding area, the nearby Chiltern Hills provides some stunning scenery and fantastic country pubs to relax in after a tough day exploring.

Stepping inside the property the farmhouse kitchen/diner welcomes you with a character beamed ceiling and stunning stone floor. There is everything you need for a home away from home stay with electric range oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher and in the dining area the farmhouse table makes a great spot for a lazy breakfast. Just off the kitchen is a handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and outside access, a great spot for muddy boots and coats. There is a beautiful dining room with a table big enough for the whole family to sit down together and enjoy some quality time. Heading through to the lounge it offers comfortable seating with 3 sofas, TV/DVD and a cosy wood burner for ultimate relaxation.  On the ground floor, there is a single bedroom with a double bed, en-suite shower room and WC. Going up to the first floor you will find three bedrooms, a king-size with en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and WC. A further double  bedroom. A bathroom with shower over bath and WC, and a leading up a staircase from the kitchen you will find a superking-size bedroom with additional single bed with en-suite shower room with WC.  Located on the second floor are two bedrooms, a double and a twin with sloped ceilings and skylights to let the light flood in.

Outside, the property offers a wonderful enclosed garden space with outdoor seating to enjoy those summer evenings and al fresco dining. There is a hot tub tucked away to the rear of the property for ultimate seclusion.  There is ample off-road parking available.

A fabulous, spacious property in a beautiful location, well equipped, ideal for a family get together. There were 8 of us celebrating a milestone Birthday over the long Easter weekend. One of the many highlights was a sumptuous meal prepared for us by Lewis Tweddle on the Saturday evening. What a fantastic location for a special occasion. It will even make a normal visit special. The property is beautiful, well equipped and spacious. The location was really good. Short walk to woodland trails and Beaconsfield is on the doorstep. Little touches (welcome basket of goodies, music playing when you arrive) put it a cut above the rest.

We had a fabulous long weekend at Hillmotts Farm. The house is beautifully decorated and has a fantastic homely feel to it, along with everything you need for an enjoyable relaxed stay. We had an excellent 5 night holiday with a big group of adults and children. This property is perfect. One of our favourite days when when we stayed around the house; we had a lovely walk in the surroundings, played in the garden, etc - really nice
