Wonderful place to stay, modern facilities and very clean. The owners were kind enough to leave a welcome basket and also gave advice on local places to visit. I would definitely recommend.

The cottage and help when required from Lynsey was excellent. The whole cottage was beautifully decorated and furnished and we would recommend the house to anyone who is looking for a relaxing get away.

This was a beautiful cottage with everything covered . The owners catered for small children right up to adults, also not forgetting our four legged friends, they even had dog bowls. Beautifully done in a great location. Needs a bit more for disabled people. Such as grab handles in the bathrooms. Halls doors etc perfect for the disabled / elderly.

Great location with Perth on your doorstep yet detached enough for a peaceful tranquil break. Excellent hosts who are there if you need them and a lovely spacious warm cottage with safe dog and child friendly gardens.

This is a lovely house, we had plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and having the fire was a real bonus for autumn evenings. The owner was very helpful and left us a lovely welcome basket, as well as giving tips on places nearby to visit. We were sorry to leave and hope to return in future.

The cottage was extremely well presented and perfectly equipped for our party of 6. Location was very central for everything we visited. Scone Palace, Dundee, Pitlochry and even Edinburgh Zoo all within easy reach. Great family time chatting in the covered outdoor seating area and overall very comfortable. Tesco very close, Chatni Indian takeaway iRead moren Methven highly recommended and The Maltings in Perth was reasonable and good Pub Grub. Weather was superb and scenery fantastic, great holiday! Cottage was excellent in a beautiful location: The only thing we would say is that walking directly from the cottage to get to footpath was tricky as the road outside had very fast traffic.

A really lovely cottage. So homely and very comfortable. A quiet location but was equally convenient to heading out in any direction. We loved coming back to the cottage at night. We all had such good nights sleep in extremely comfy beds. Overall a perfect stay.
