This superb and unique property sits in an ideal position in the small seaside town of Ilfracombe. The town's high street and seafront are just a short walk from the property, peppered with a variety of restaurants and bars along with small independent shops and the amusements. Damien Hirst’s Verity is also located on the sea front. The Landmark Theatre is close by, offering shows, live music and festivals throughout the year. The Tunnels Beaches with its water pools is located at the bottom of the road and is a real hit with families. Further along Granville Road is the ‘Torrs Walk’ which has some great walking opportunities complete with spectacular coastal scenery.

Stepping inside the property you arrive in the entrance hallway. On the ground floor are three of the bedrooms: first is the king-size with sea views and en-suite bathroom with free standing bath, shower and WC also with a TV. The other two include a spacious double with sofa bed and TV and a twin, both with sea views. Also, on this floor is the beautifully appointed bathroom with bath and WC. Completing this floor is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer with direct access to one of the balconies and a separate WC. Climbing the turret style spiral staircase up to the first floor ,you are immediately stopped in your tracks by the panoramic views. From one side you have views of the charming town and the other side, the sea and coastline. Head back down the turret style spiral staircase to the ground floor, then continue down to the lower ground floor with a further lounge area also with TV and surround sound system. There is also a cleverly hidden kitchenette with fridge, dishwasher and storage, screened by folding doors - useful when wanting to access the garden with direct access to outside. On this floor are the further two bedrooms, a double with TV, garden views and access to outside and the master suite with king-size bed, TV, garden views and access to outside with an attached child’s twin. Completing this floor is the contemporary shower room with double shower and WC.

Heading outside, there is plenty of space to relax including the two balconies in the lounge and dining area. In addition to these balconies there is an enclosed, south facing garden with views over the town with garden furniture and charcoal BBQ; the perfect spot to enjoy some al fresco dining.
