This property is situated at the heart of the traditional seaside resort of Eastbourne, just across the road from the town’s wide shingle beach. Steep, narrow, cottage-style steps lead to the first floor where the first of the property’s two bedrooms is situated: a double room which has a wrought iron bedstead and has been charmingly styled to create a tranquil retreat. The bathroom is also located on this floor and offers a sumptuous roll-top bath, separate shower, and WC. A second set of steep turned stairs lead to a single room which is situated in the eaves of the house, and therefore has a low ceiling and some reduced head-height.
Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture accessed through a door from the kitchen. There is private parking space within a gated carpark 0.1 miles away.
