Right in the centre of Ludlow boasting historic trails, culinary delights and a varied programme of events. Walk through the front garden into this spacious family house decorated to reflect the trees found in the enchanting Mortimer forest. On your right is the large dining room with a long dining table and chairs for up to 10 people, perfect if you are holidaying with another family in the mews. Continue through to the fabulous kitchen with granite work surfaces and access to the enclosed private deck. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and the Nespresso coffee machine. Take a moment at the bar table and stools to peruse the cookery books for menu inspirations. There is also a useful utility room with a washer/dryer and lots of storage. Once the meal is prepared, there’s plenty of space for everyone to gather around the table, enjoy their food and catch up on the news. After a full day out return to the house and retreat to the gorgeous lounge with dual aspect windows over both of the garden areas, relax on the comfortable sofas, watch a film on the large Smart TV or read one of the local books. Separate WC. Upstairs there are three bedrooms to choose from, the king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC, the twin (zip-and-link can be super-king-size on request) or the king-size. All the bedrooms have been designed for a good night’s sleep with luxurious beds, mattresses and linen. Finally, on this floor is the stylish bathroom, where you can enjoy a leisurely bubble bath or a refreshing shower, with the shower over bath and WC.

The outside private decked garden has a large table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a bite to eat outside and to make the most of the weather. The front garden has chairs and a coffee table to enjoy morning coffee. There is one car parking space in the underfloor parking area, accessed via the lift inside the gated development, galvanised stairs lead down from the development to the basement.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

This was a fantastic break in a brilliant location, you literally couldnt be any closer to the centre of the high streets of Ludlow. A neat gated set of brand new houses finished to very high standards. We loved every minute of it. The genius lift allows you to park underground - simple when you get the hang of it, but theres plenty of walks and baRead morers and restaurants nearby so you can really just forget about the car for your stay. Perfect place to get away. Very clean well equipped and extremely comfortable. Breakfast delivered from a local cafe on the first morning was a nice touch. Perfect position for the town pubs and restaurants. Nice walk along the river. Good communication from the owner. 5 star would definitely stay again.
