The spacious kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and the Nespresso coffee machine. Take a moment at the bar table and stools to peruse the cookery books for menu inspirations. There is also a useful utility room with a washer/dryer and lots of storage. Once the meal is prepared, there’s plenty of space for everyone to gather around the table, enjoy their food and catch up on the news. After a full day out return to the house and retreat to the gorgeous lounge with dual aspect windows over both of the garden areas, relax on the comfortable sofas, watch a film on the large Smart TV or read one of the local books. Separate WC. Upstairs there are three bedrooms to choose from, the king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower room with shower and WC, the twin (zip-and-link can be super-king-size on request) or the king-size. All the bedrooms have been designed for a good night’s sleep with luxurious beds, mattresses and linen. Finally, on this floor is the stylish bathroom, where you can enjoy a leisurely bubble bath or a refreshing shower, with the shower over bath and WC.
The outside private decked garden has a large table and chairs, ideal for enjoying a bite to eat outside and to make the most of the weather. The front garden has chairs and a coffee table to enjoy morning coffee. There is one car parking space in the underfloor parking area, accessed via the lift inside the gated development, galvanised stairs lead down from the development to the basement.
