A delightful, converted barn nestled in the grounds of the owners’ home in an idyllic setting on the picturesque Lizard Peninsula. Comfortable accommodation for couples looking to explore and relax.

The cottage sits adjacent to the owners’ home where privacy is assured, 0.5 miles from the village of Constantine which has a range of amenities including a convenience store and pub. There are lovely walks straight from the door, including local woods to explore. If you want to discover more of what West Cornwall has to offer, you’ll be perfectly located to explore some of the best attractions including Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Helford Passage and the subtropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan all within a 5-mile radius of the property. Further afield are the picturesque towns of Falmouth (6.5 miles) and Helston (6 miles) which offer a wide range of amenities. Visit the Lizard Peninsula to see some breathtaking views, or discover one of the many beautiful beaches, from Kynance Cove to Praa Sands - both can be found within a 15-mile radius.

Step inside this pretty property and you will immediately find yourself in the beautiful small, well equipped light and airy kitchen area. This is offers everything needed for self-catering, including an electric oven and hob, microwave and a fridge with ice compartment. From here, venture further inside and into the living space which boasts a stunning vaulted ceiling and beams, and comfortable seating alongside a Smart TV and DVD player. A small dining table and two chairs are positioned to look out over the garden providing a cosy setting for evening meals. Located on the opposite side of the property is the beautiful bedroom and this also boasts a lovely vaulted ceiling and beams, a king-size bed, integrated storage and a further TV. Leading off the bedroom is a light and fresh en-suite with a shower and a WC. An additional second shower room with a shower and WC is located at the back of the property, accessed via the lounge area.

Outside and to the front of the property is a lawned garden with garden furniture and a BBQ. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee whilst soaking up the fresh air or dining alfresco during warm weather. Private off-road parking for one car is also provided in the nearby parking area which is shared with the owners.

Lovely cottage with every amenity you could need. Very comfortable with an enclosed garden which was important for our little dog! Jenny, the owner, lives next door but you wouldn't know it. You feel totally private. Constantine is a very quiet village but within easy striking distance of so many amazing places. The Cornish Arms is the closest pub Read more(5 minute walk) and so-so, but the Trengilly Watha is 100% worth the extra walk (10 mins) for food and drink. Top class. All in all a great break. Hide

A clean and comfortable cottage in a good spot to explore The Lizard, far west of Cornwall and indeed the north coast. A great secure garden perfectly safe for anyone with a dog.

Small but perfectly formed little cottage. The bed is comfortable and most things have been thought off. The access to a secure garden is great when you have a dog. A great place to explore the area. The kitchen is small but adequate when you eat out most of the time when on holiday. Unfortunately 2 of the local inns were not open or serving food WRead moree did use the Trengilly Watha Inn which serves nice food and has a god choice. We did walk it once but not for the faint hearted. Hide

Lovely garden with large lawn area,well looked after with lounger chairs as well as table with seating. Cottage clean and bright. The owner very welcoming and had left us some saffron buns and biscuits , very nice thought. Quiet area and many walks nearby, we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely cottage, ideal for two with a dog. Two shower rooms is an added bonus. Short walk to local shops. Great location for exploring the Helford estuary and around south west Cornwall.
