This is the ideal location for guests looking for rest and relaxation, it is also perfectly located to visit Norfolk’s beautiful beaches including, Holkham, Sheringham Waxham and Horsey. The Broads are a short drive from where you can hire a day boat to explore the quiet waterways and villages. Norwich with shopping centres, museums, Cathedrals, castle and plenty of eateries. National Trust properties include the splendid halls at Blickling and Felbrigg. Other attractions include Bewilderwood, The Dinosaur Adventure Park, Banham Zoo and Sandringham.

Guests enter this stunning coach house into an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The well-equipped stylish kitchen area has a built-in electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine and washing machine with dryer.  There is a comfortable lounge area with contemporary lighting, sofas, a wood burner (1st basket of logs included) and TV/DVD. The dining room is perfect for your evening meal. The property offers four bedrooms; the master king-size bedroom has an en-suite bathroom comprising of slipper bath with hand held shower and WC. There are two further king-size bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, having double walk-in shower cubicle and WC. Last but not least is a twin bedroom boasting an en-suite shower room with WC.

Leisure facilities: hot tub situated in garden (Please note no children under the age of 5 in the hot tub, all children above this age must be supervised by an adult.) Tennis court available seasonal from 1st March - 31st September (rackets and balls provided) and indoor heated swimming pool with changing room, shower and WC which are located at the main Hall a short walk from the cottage along with the snooker room. children under the age of 18 must be supervised.) Snooker room: with snooker table, by arrangement with the owner (please note no unsupervised children under 18)

Amazing place to stay. We had a great weekend celebrating a special birthday with family. Owner very friendly and helpful, facilities were great, grandson loved the climbing frame and swimming pool. Highly recommend, great location and beautiful grounds. Will definitely be going back.

The cottage is set in a beautiful rural location surrounded by some lovely grounds with plenty of space to play games etc, the pool and hot tub were clean and well maintained with the hot tub set at a great temperature. Fab hol for 7 of us, at the mews house in Smallburgh. Middle of the countryside, clean tidy place with bedrooms set out in a long corridor, almost hotel like which was very useful. Private use of a small indoor pool, with changing and shower room was very good, text owner night before for a slot and its all good. Private jacuzzi in the garden. This is a lovely property in a beautiful setting . The facilities kept our grandchildren fully occupied despite the wet weather . They enjoyed the swimming pool, the snooker, playing tennis and the lovely hot tub. The owners were very helpful.

Lovely cottage - bedrooms, kitchen and equipment in the cottage and on-site was excellent. A car is necessary to get around because once we had exited the drive to the property there was a busy road which we didn't feel safe walking along and there were no amenities in a walking distance.

This is a beautifully appointed property with the amenities a family would want. The owners are friendly and helpful, and plenty of pubs, restaurants, beaches and days out are recoonded by them. This property and location are highly recommended for families of all ages.

Spent a fabulous week in beautiful surroundings. House big enough to house 3 generations. Cracking facilities- made full use of pool, tennis courts and snooker room. Sea Palling beach within 15 mins drive. Susan (owner - far enough away to not be intrusive) really helpful and accommodating. Will definitely return

Beautiful home & ideally situated. The beds were extremely comfortable with quality linen. Sky Glass was in process of being fitted in snooker room. Lovely indoor pool which is easily booked the evening before. Hot tub was a lovely way to relax at the end of the day. Ample grounds to walk dogs
