When it comes to days out and dining beyond the village, the neighbouring towns and villages have regular markets and fairs plus a wealth of great restaurants and cafes. For a bit of sand and sea, head towards Saltburn-by-the–Sea (16 miles) where you can hop on board the miniature railway, relax on the sandy beach and indulge in some fish and chips at the bustling pier.

As you approach the property and drive through the electric gates, you will appreciate the rural setting with stunning views of the surrounding countryside in all directions. Behind its black-cladded exterior, you will find a light and spacious open-plan living space finished to an exceptionally high standard with stylish, contemporary furniture. The open-plan kitchen is well equipped, so you can cook up a romantic meal or pack up a good lunch before a day exploring. The kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. Meals can be enjoyed at the dining table inside or outside on the patio. The adjacent lounge also has large sliding doors that open up to allow the outside and the inside to merge on sunny days. Owl is a fantastic property , a lovely light airy space with all the facilities you would ever need., very tasteful and stylish. Truly amazing views, big open skies, you can see for miles both front and back which makes it hard to leave but when you do venture out there are an absolute abundance of interesting places to visit, lovely places to eat Read moreand fabulous walks whatever distance or difficulty level you require. Amazing place to stay. Modern and yet very cosy and comfortable. Had everything you need. Spotlessly clean and very well kept. The secure garden was fantastic for our 2 dogs. The views are beautiful, it was so peaceful, we could have spent our 2 weeks staying in the cottage soaking up the scenery. Perfect location for exploring the many stunning plRead moreaces to walk and to visit the lovely towns and villages. Weve had a fantastic 2 weeks here. Had a wonderful time at this property. such peace and quiet, exactly what I needed. And the hot tub was just the icing on the cake. Dogs had a wonderful time too!! Trying to plan another visit pretty soon! Well done to the proprietor in creating these outstanding properties!!
