Brockenhurst lies centrally within the heritage area of the New Forest. Although set in a delightful forest environment, Brockenhurst has road and rail links with the rest of the country that make it a perfect area to access and visit. The area is ideal for a relaxing holiday and taking the slower pace of life, there are shops, pubs and many lovely restaurants including many fine dining restaurants. Make the most of the New Forest’s pretty villages including Bucklers Hard, Beaulieu with its cobbled high street, Lyndhurst and Lymington for its quaint shops and beautiful harbour and the Seawater baths with over 120m of inflatable obstacle courses and on a rainy day you can always enjoy the indoor pool at the leisure centre. You can hire bikes direct from the cottage and explore the countryside where New Forest ponies, donkeys and cattle are roaming. For the more energetic there is a multi-activity court just around the corner where you can try your hand at basketball, table tennis and shooting at the football goals.

Through the private gated entrance (please ensure this gate is kept closed as roaming donkeys, ponies and cattle are around) you enter the quaint and delightful cottage. Proceed through the hallway and into the large open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner where in the lounge area you can cosy up on the large comfy L-shaped sofa in front of the wood burner for the evening. There is a lovely country kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and dining table. Also a handy utility with washer/dryer and wet room with shower and WC is accessed off the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. There are large bi-fold doors to enter the beautiful enclosed garden, which is perfect for summer evenings. Upstairs are three bedrooms, the master bedroom with king-size bed, TV and is adjacent to the upstairs shower room with shower and WC. The other two bedrooms are to the rear of the property, one king-size with TV and one double also with TV.

The south facing garden with patio is a perfect spot for catching the sun and enjoying a charcoal BBQ after a long day around the forest. There are two parking spaces within the cottage gates and further roadside parking available.

Fabulous, well appointed, cosy, comfortable and immaculate. Very safe dog friendly garden. Perfect location for exploring the New Forest. Local amenities in village were excellent and very friendly.. Would highly recommend. Lynn and friends plus Connie the Cavapoo.

Nice Cottage, clean and very warm . Dining room chairs needed a few cushions, bit hard to sit on. Few more basic supplies needed but would recommend it.

Excellent location. Excellent house with all that you would need. Nice enclosed garden. Horses in road and down at the crossroads cows stopping the traffic. So central to get anywhere. The village Butchers and bakers are really worth a visit. I cannot recommend Littlewell enough.

Lovely property, luxury welcome pack, ideal location, can get to the coast or many forest locations and towns within half an hour. Very comfy beds, and our dog loved the enclosed garden to run around in.

We were delighted with Littlewell, the house was perfect in every way. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and delightful furnishings. Best house we have stayed in for a long time. Little well cottage is a gem of a find. It gave us everything we needed and more. The cottage has been well thought out for a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay. We had a fantastic stay here. Perfect location for walking into Brockenhurst, nearby to many walks and only a short drive to the coast and other attractions. It is well equipped and comfortable . It had everything we needed and then little extra touches like the welcome goodies and fans in every room. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location, house is fitted and decorated in nice modern style. Welcome pack was lovely and we had some really good dinners at the foresters arms, dynasty indian and albero Italian. Highly recommend this house.

A beautiful cottage in Brockenhurst which was very high spec and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable with high quality bedding too. We could walk our dog along the roads, but needed the car to travel to the open forest. The Brockenhurst town was within walking distance.

This is an exceptional property - clean, comfortable, quiet and well accessorized. It's a dog friendly home with a spacious, grassy enclosed back yard. The beds are comfortable (firm) and the bathrooms are modern. The kitchen had the equipment we needed to prepare meals at home with goodies from the Village Veg, the Butcher and Setley Ridge Farm ShRead moreop. The street is quiet and conveniently located to the train station, a bus stop, town center and several walking paths. We didn't have a car. Hide

Great location in the heart of the new forest, comfortable and practicable accommodation, great to have two showers and a suitable garden for the dog. Great local pubs and cafes. Also, made use of the electric cycle hire for a fun day in the forest. Also, local charging points for eclectic car .
