Well positioned for walkers with easy access to The Cotswold Way, where you can join the pathway going south towards Leckhampton Hill and north towards Dowdeswell. You are also well placed for exploring the larger Cotswold market towns to include Cirencester, Bourton-on-the-Water, Burford, and Stow-on-the-Wold. Cheltenham just five miles away, famed for the Gold Cup and many festivals throughout the year. Cirencester the Capital of the Cotswolds, Tetbury and Bath are also within easy reach. This area is rich in history and well served by the National Trust with houses and gardens to include The Roman Villa, Hidcote Gardens, Chastleton House and Cerney House gardens.

Drive through the electric gates and take some time to absorb the views across the countryside before you step inside. This Cotswold stone cottage offers a warm welcome, the kitchen area is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing/dryer. The lounge area offers glimpses of the countryside and makes a cosy retreat with colourful furnishings, local artwork and a Smart TV/DVD to enjoy a good movie in the evening. Stepping through to the dining room there is a table set for four if you chose to entertain, again you can enjoy views onto the countryside. When the time comes to say goodnight climb the stairs where you will find a double bedroom with Velux windows and across the small landing a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Step outside where you can enjoy the views, where there is a small area with table and chairs with an open aspect, along with a garden bench to the rear where you can really make the most of the views. There is parking for one car at this property.

Beautiful cottage in a really peaceful location. The owner lives on site and was very friendly and helpful, and the cottage is decorated to a high standard with lots of thoughtful little touches, smart TV etc. Beautiful rolling countryside views with sheep and horses in the neighbouring fields. We cannot wait to come back!
