Visit in April and experience the carpet of wild bluebells that stretch across the forest for miles. It’s a haven for cyclists as well as walkers who are attracted to the well-established cycling routes and footpaths. The Sculpture Trail is a particular favourite, highlighting the talents of many local artists and sculptors working in wood, stone, clay and metal. And to finish, you can enjoy coffee and cake at Beechenhurst.

The lounge area offers comfortable seating and a TV, and the double bedroom affords stunning views across the countryside.
Outside, the raised terrace area provides a stunning al fresco dining area, and sun loungers allow a spot of sunbathing in the warmer months. The generous six-person hot tub is for the exclusive use of two adult guests and includes loungers as well as seats. A screen is positioned for privacy – it offers the perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring the delights of the Forest of Dean. There is secure storage for bikes and off-road parking for two cars.
