This wonderful, stylish, detached property, which is finished to an extremely high standard, is set in a peaceful private position on a large working farm, close to all local amenities. Located in Fife close to the city of Perth and the beautiful medieval town of St Andrews (the home of golf), makes this property a fantastic base for your holiday. There are numerous activities and attractions close by including the Fife Coastal Path, Golden Loch trout fisheries, The Old Course, Cluny Clays, Cairnie Fruit Farm and Mega Maze, Falkland Palace and Gardens, Muddy Boots Play Barn, Scottish Fisheries Museum and Secret Bunker. Leisure facilities include a hot tub, on-site mobile beautician, horse riding, shooting and stalking, clay pigeon shooting, geneology research and photography classes; pre-booking with the owners is essential.

Walking into this stylish house through the entrance you'll see the glass balustrade looking down from the first floor which creates an instant feel of light and space. On the ground floor you will find a super-king-size zip-and-link bedroom (that can be made into a twin on request) with a large wet room next door with grab rail, additional grab rails and disability shower seat and WC. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is bright and spacious, with large flat screen TV/DVD with Freeview, iPod docking station and Wi-Fi. Large patio doors lead out to garden complete with hot tub which has spectacular views across the hills and countryside. The kitchen area is well-equipped with electric range cooker and hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer.  There is a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, sink and rear door access. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find a zip-and-link twin bedroom that can be made into a super-king-size on request, with en-suite shower room and WC and a king-size zip-and-link (that can be made into a twin on request), with en-suite bathroom and WC.

The large enclosed garden is a great place to relax and have fun, with lawn, slide, sunken trampoline, patio seating area, private hot tub and BBQ.  There is ample parking for up to four cars.

I had chosen this cottage because of its accessibility features which we needed for my elderly father. This was a weekend break for his birthday so it had to be a home away from home which ensured he would be relaxed and comfortable. And it didnt let us down. We woke on the first morning to discover the storm overnight had flooded part of the lounge. The owners quickly came to remedy this and were very helpful and friendly.

Amazing beautiful place, comfortable and stylish. The hot tub was a big draw for us and we we're disappointed! Slept well in the beds and enjoyed exploring the local area. The view from the front room in the morning was absolutely stunning (particularly on the one sunny day we had!)

Ideal property for groups of family or friends. Parking for several cars. Well appointed with super views from lounge. Good walking routes around the area and large cross country course for horses available. Fresh flowers, wine and biscuits in our welcome pack.

This place is truly amazing. The house is beautiful and the views are to die for. The hot tub is a great added bonus and if you have kids the trampoline/slide and the extra large enclosed garden is perfect. I would recommend this to anyone. We will definitely be returning. Thank you so much

Absolutely stunning! Location views all around the house are out of this world! Will definitely come back!! The dogs loved just lying out in the garden taking in views, as did we sitting in the hottub! The weekend was topped with amazing weather! Just what we all needed! Definitely recommend!
