Charming first-floor apartment suitable for a family, situated in the pretty town of Tenby, overlooking the beach and a fantastic location.

This charming apartment is the perfect location for a family that want a seaside holiday with all the home comforts and the opportunity to get away with their four-legged companion. This is an opportunity to explore Tenby and the countryside around it. Overlooking the South beach with views of Caldey Island, you can spend long afternoons sunbathing and enjoying walks on the beach. Take strolls between Castle Beach and South Beach for views of St Catherine’s Island, or hop on the ferry from the harbour to Caldey Island where Priory Bay Beach is a Mediterranean-style haven. Colby Woodland Garden is a peaceful place for dog walks, as is Pembroke Castle. If you want an active holiday, head to Coppet Hall Beach where Good Trails offer stand-up paddleboarding lessons.

Access to the property is via a shared entrance with stairs that lead to the first floor where the apartment is located. Upon entering this south facing apartment there is an entrance hall leading to an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. In the lounge area, there is a smart TV, with comfortable sofas which make for a peaceful place to relax, with outstanding far views over the South beach. In the dining area, you can eat at the dining table that’s perfect for four with un interrupted views. The compact kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fridge/freezer. Guests will find everything they need to cook up a storm, perfect to enjoy a delicious meal. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. The double bedroom is accessed via the entrance hall and the twin room is accessed off the lounge with sea views. There is a well equipped shower room with a walk in shower and WC.

The property does not have private car parking however there are various street parking options near-by as well as a multi-storey car park 100 yards away, charges apply.

Stunning view from flat. Well equipped. Unfortunately neither safe nor secure, and needs a thorough review on loose cupboard doors, cooker extractor fan, windows, etc. Communal lighting completely inadequate and a hazard when climbing up/down stairs in the pitch dark. This was a lovely large flat with great views. Its very easy access to beach and town and Id recommend it. People have mention the beds - we going them very comfortable and the shower is low power but perfectly hot enough. Car parking in high season is probably difficult. Even at the end of September we were lucky to find the occasional free spot. Read moreOtherwise the local carpark is 10 for 24 hours and has no app to update it. Amazing location with stunning views. We had a lovely stay in Tenby the apartment sadly didn't live up to expectations. Beds uncomfortable and many simple things missing or not done for a holiday rental property. If the issues I have feedback are addressed I would happily stay again.

We had an amazing stay everything was perfect . If we could suggest one and only one improvement and that would be the shower pressure was extremely low, in both the sink and shower.. Other than that our stay was amazing with views to die for and we will definitely be back

Lovely first floor apartment, plenty of equipment, crockery, etc. Cosy, homely feel. The most stunning views from the lounge, of the beach, could just look at that all day! Beds very comfy. Unfortunately no parking, and a 3 day ticket is 20 in nearby carpark.... but if you go out during those 3 days, you may not be able to get back in as its busy. Great location and view, well equiped, if you need to park on carpark i would suggest the top end (nearest sea) its closer to walk with luggage, also get a day parking as a space near the flat may become available (it did for us). Enjoy your stay :-)

Had a most lovely time at this location. But, then location was key. The views are amazing, it was a pleasure to sit by the window looking out at the vista. It was comfortable and warm, as it was the winter. Just a few little issues, what were we to do with the rubbish.as I said minor stuff.but obviously important.

Brilliant location, amazing views, facilities were comfortable and the equipment was enough to maintain a comfortable stay! Beach is on your door step and pubs around Tenby do great food! Especially the Qube !

2nd year staying and again the flat was perfect for our needs. Parking was a bit of a nightmare which became worse due to the Ironman competition where car parks closed. Overall a great stay.

Perfect location and a spectacular view; thats the positives. The property could do with a good clean and maintained properly. Broken towel rail, broken chair leg, worn mattresses, missing kitchen door knob, dirty kitchen drawers/shelves, dirty sofa and bins not emptied - a nappy had been left in the bathroom bin. The location is perfect and the flat could be nice, too. Unfortunately, the condition does not correspond to the price level. All beds are worn out, there was paper waste in a bedside table, the towel rack was defective and the kitchen drawers were dirty.

We had a major issue allocating the keys. Im sure this isnt something that happens often though. The flat itself is really well equipped. Fantastic location. Car park is very close.Stunning sea view. I would definitely stay there again.
