Just returned from a fabulous week in this property. The location right on the beach and in the middle of the village was perfect and the property had everything we needed and more. The local pubs we tried were all excellent and we really enjoyed the walking along the coast in both directions. One thing to note, the bed in the smaller double room iRead mores a small double - not a problem for us but if it's 2 couples staying this might be an issue. We had a perfect week and hope to return again soon. Hide

We absolutely love Fairwinds and this was our second time. We love the decor and comfort of the place ad that the property has direct access to the beach. Our whippets loved being able to go out onto the deck and watch dogs on the beach below. Fairwinds is very well equipped. The owner has thoughtfully not crowded every surface with ornaments, so iRead moret is really great to have space to put your own belongings for the week. Cawsand and Kingsand are delightful with great, reasonable pubs Hide

Beautiful cottage in beautiful Cawsand. Very well equipped with lovely touches - fresh flowers, Prosecco, lovely toiletries - but only one bathroom and one toilet which is in the bathroom. Great for one family but a little difficult for two.

Lovely cottage in a great location. 3 bedrooms set up for 5 people but with only 1 bathroom it was a bit conjested at times. We obviously managed fine but a second toilet would make a great difference. A decent sized bathroom that would benefit from a shower.

Fairwinds is a lovely cottage in a wonderful location. There are just a couple of drawbacks. Entry to the property does require two hands while standing on a narrow step, so not the easiest.
