The stylish well-equipped kitchen is a lovely space to rustle up a meal with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, wine cooler, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and all the thoughtful little extras. After dinner relax on the large sofas, plan your activities, listen to music on the soundbar or watch a film on the TV with built-in Freeview. Heading back down to the ground floor there are two lovely bedrooms to choose from the super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) with contemporary en-suite shower and WC or the cosy double with door to the garden. To finish the accommodation is the chic bathroom, with bath, separate shower and WC, perfect to take a leisurely bubble bath.

To the front of the property is the lawned garden with table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee, afternoon tea and al fresco dining, maybe use the charcoal BBQ whilst embracing the stunning views. There is private parking at the property for two cars. There are gates either side of the front garden and parking area which creates an enclosed garden for the complex.

The property is in a lovely position with beautiful views from the huge windows. The living space is large and very comfortable. There is easy access to the Mawddach trail which runs alongside the estuary. It was good to have both a shower and a bath.

Wow, what a wonderful holiday we had here at East Hay Barn. Perfect surroundings for a wonderful, peaceful break away from the world. Close enough to Barmouth and Fairbourne for shops/ice cream parlours and beaches with dog friendly areas. There are so many places to visit around the Snowdonia National Park, Arthog is a fantastic base. 1hr 30 to MoRead moreunt Snowdon, 45 mins to Lake Vyrnwy , 20 minutes to Coed y Brenin Forest all with lovely dog friendly walks. This cottage is lovely with great views, and we saw some wonderful sunsets. It is a good base for walkers, cyclists and anyone wanting to take in the great landscape of Snowdonia. Wall to wall beauty. A two bedroom cottage with a bathroom and en suite so ideal for 4, plus lots of space upstairs In the open plan lounge, diner and kitchen.

The cottage (barn) was really lovely, well appointed and clean. The upstairs living room/kitchen/diner was really stunning, comfortable and spacious. Heating system was perfect and kept us warm in the evenings. Veiws were great over open space. Location of this property is excellent. Lots of walking nearby and views from the cottage were great. Very comfortable and clean with a lovely bath to soak in after walking all day. No phone signal from inside property hence wi-fi would have been a benefit. Not really an enclosed garden as we expected due the other residents coming and going. Such Read morea beautiful area of Snowdonia and would recommended Arthog as a good base with lots to do and see. Hide
