It is a great central point to meet up with friends and family located equal distances between the historic city of Carlisle and the market town of Penrith with its independent shops and cafes. Take a trip to Keswick just a drive away or enjoy a boat trip on Ullswater lake, stopping off to explore. Enjoy a hearty meal down at the local pub with its beer garden, just a stroll over the road.

This stunning lodge is the perfect place to getaway and enjoy luxury comforts. As soon as you enter the open-plan living space you will see the detail and expense the owners have gone to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. The lounge boasts two sofas and a footstool surrounding the flame effect electric fire and Smart TV. The kitchen is stylish with all you need to cook up a feast for any meal. There is a gas oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and microwave. Head on down the hall where you will find the comfortable bedrooms with the master bedroom housing a king-size bed with TV and plenty of storage space plus a en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC where you will also find your bathrobes and slippers. Also, off the hall is the twin room and a shower room with shower and WC.

The decking area has been tastefully created to reflect comfort with seating area and your own private hot tub so you can enjoy those lovely evenings with a drink under the stars. There is private parking for two cars.

Lovely location owner really welcoming. Food was lovely in pub opposite. Lodge was great and hot tub really clean and spacious.
