When you’re located in Penygroes, there is so much to see and do. Within 6 miles, there’s the royal town of Caernarfon with its 13th-century castle (which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Waterside Doc Fictoria with its art complex, independent shops and restaurants, harbour and events. Head to Llanberis (13.5 miles) or to the seafront at Dinas Dinlle (4.5 miles) where the ancient hill fort and beautiful beach provide an idyllic spot, perfect for swimming, water sports, and enjoying superb views. Anglesey with its sea zoo (28 miles), Beddgelert (11 miles) and Porthmadog (13 miles) are all worth the trip. Visit the National Trust’s Penrhyn Castle (18 miles) and Aberglaslyn (12 miles), Criccieth Castle (11 miles) and Portmeirion Italianate Village (16 miles). Take a ride on a Welsh Highland Railway from Caernarfon (8 miles) or up the Snowdon Mountain Railway at Llanberis (13 miles) and walk down from Snowdon’s summit. If you have any energy or time left, try exploring the Wales Coastal Path and Snowdonia National Park.

Walk into the light and bright hall with a handy separate WC and space for your outdoor attire. Continue through to the stunning kitchen/diner filled with natural light and views over the garden. The kitchen has been well designed with electric double oven and gas hob, American-style fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. It is a lovely space to rustle up a meal with all the equipment you need, with the dining table perfectly positioned by French doors to enjoy a meal together overlooking the garden and giving access to the hot tub. You will find the washing machine and tumble dryer in the separate utility. After dinner, walk through to the snug with its games console and Smart TV or through to the cosy lounge with large sofas, a Smart TV and wood burner - just perfect for unwinding after a full day out. Exploring this delightful property further, you will find four lovely bedrooms to choose from: the king-size with Smart TV and en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath, separate shower, his and hers wash basins, and WC; the double with a Smart TV; a twin with Smart TV; and the full-size bunk bedroom with Smart TV. To complete the accommodation, there is a stylish bathroom with a shower over the bath, and WC, perfect for a leisurely start to the day.

Outside, in the enclosed garden, there is a paved area with the covered hot tub, table and chairs – enjoy some alfresco dining or relax in the tub after a long day out. The garden surrounds the house with a lawn and plenty of space to sit back and relax. There is ample private parking for three cars and space for bicycles, canoes and paddleboards.
