Nestling on the town square this delightful house is full of period charm with exposed beams, quirky staircase and original features throughout. As you come in through the pretty entrance hall all the thoughtful little extras are waiting for you. The spacious lounge has a fabulous log burner, snug area with smart TV, dining area and games area with football table, it is a lovely space to relax in. Continue through to the fabulous kitchen/diner flooded with natural light and bifold doors opening out on to the courtyard garden with BBQ and hot tub. The kitchen is well equipped with electric range style oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and 2 dishwashers, with the dining table taking centre stage with plenty of space for everyone to gather round for a hearty breakfast or leisurely lunch. You will find the washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility located near the two separate WC's on the ground floor. Walking back through the lounge take time to relax on the comfortable sofas perfectly positioned opposite the feature fireplace, light the wood burner, read a book or watch a film on TV. After a full day out head upstairs and choose from one of the five bedrooms all designed for a good nights sleep, all with TVs and en-suite facilities. The property is ideally situated in the heart of Montgomery town square. The house interior is well laid out with a modern kitchen and family dining area, plenty of comfortable relaxing areas beautiful spacious bedrooms each with it's own idyllic qualities.
