In a prime location for discovering the North York Moors, approx. 8 miles North of Kirkbymoorside, nature is all around. Affording some of the best views in the country, there are countless walks nearby, perfect for two and four-legged explorers. Leave the car and pick up the local trails or head a little further away. 2.5 miles away, you can park your car at Low Mill car park and follow the stunning Farndale Daffodil Walk, famous in spring for its bright, sunshine-coloured carpet. For a bite to eat in the village, The Feversham Arms is less than half a mile away. The surrounding villages are also home to lots of restaurants, bistros and cafes, including the market town of Helmsley, 14 miles away.

Ready to welcome you, the property's lounge is an irresistible space with plenty of seating and home comforts. With an armchair, a tub chair and a sofa, you can choose between luxuriating in your own spot with a good book or cuddling up together on the sofa in front of the TV. Boasting underfloor heating, the room stays nice and warm, adding to the cosy atmosphere. Venturing into the kitchen with dining area, you won't fail to be impressed by the stone floors, open beam ceilings and high-quality design. A lovely welcome hamper awaits, filled with eggs, fresh bread and tasty goodies. Arrange your ingredients out over the worktops to cook up a feast or head out to the local pub. If you choose to eat in, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need, including an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and kettle. Heading upstairs, you will find the property's piece de resistance. Adjoining the bedroom is the equally grand en-suite bathroom, featuring a freestanding roll-top bath, walk-in shower and his and hers wash basins.

The Coach house was superb & was immaculate on arrival. There's plenty of private parking & external lighting (to find your way back from the pub). The refurbishment has been done to an excellent, very tasteful standard & finish. The bed & furniture were really comfy, appliances & equipment ideal. It would make our perfect 'Escape to the Country'. Read moreThe Feversham Arms is literally just across the road, really friendly, great food & drink. We will be going back! Hide

Wonderful secluded location means the cottage is ideal if you would like a get away from it all break. Being dog friendly means your four legged friend is not left out and with your own garden area it means a safe area for them to run around in.

The isolation of the cottage in such a stunning location was perfect for us who enjoyed many walks. The cottgae is furnished to an excellent standard with a huge bathroom with two sinks and a stand alone bath which was great for us both to relax in after a long walk.
