Set in a prestigious location on the edge of the privately owned Beaulieu River, this stunning former brickworks is full of character and is ideally situated for partaking in water based pursuits, with a popular activity centre to be found within walking distance. The area has a strong maritime heritage and with the New Forest National Park on your doorstep, there are an abundance of pretty towns and villages to explore, which are ideal for walking, riding and cycling. Why not take a stroll to nearby Bucklers Hard, where you can relax with drinks and a meal at the local pub/hotel, whilst watching the comings and goings on the riverside.

A path runs around the side of the property to the main entrance, once inside the property you are met with a welcoming and well-equipped kitchen, which has an AGA (lit during the winter months only, November - March), electric oven and hob, a separate fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Heading through from the kitchen is the stylish lounge/diner, which has a wood burner. A snug offers the perfect spot to relax and watch a film as it has a TV and DVD player. Leading off from here is a separate WC and utility room, with washing machine and tumble dryer. Rising from the lounge/diner is a staircase leading to the 1st floor bedrooms where you will find a king-size zip-and-link bedroom (which can be made into a twin on request), with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Next are two single bedrooms each with raised high level beds which are only suitable for age 10 years and above, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and WC and a further king-size bedroom with river views, en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Venturing outside, you will find a beautiful garden overlooking the river, with garden furniture and a BBQ. The garden leads directly to the water and a shared jetty, which is not enclosed (care to be taken with children). A sunny terrace is located directly outside of the kitchen and is the perfect spot for enjoying a drink or meal outdoors. To the side of the property is a second seating area, large lawn and trampoline (please note garden maintenance staff in attendance during the week). Ample gated off-road parking is available at the front of the property, shared with one other property.  Please note: Stag or Hen parties are not permitted at this property

It was like staying in an ancestral home. All the old books, paintings and wooden furniture made it a special stay. And the history of brick making is also fascinating The extensive garden had birds on bird feeder & lots of pheasants. One early morning a mint jack deer was spotted.
