The town boasts an excellent range of independent and bespoke shops, friendly inns and quality eateries and is known as the 'Seafood Capital of Scotland'. Atlantis Leisure Centre has a swimming pool, gym, climb cube, tennis and children’s soft play area and is perfect to keep children entertained. Visit the historic McCaig's Tower (1 mile) and enjoy the panoramic views over the bay or enjoy a wildlife boat trip and spot puffins, seals, sea eagles and perhaps even whales. Ferries from Oban link with Mull and other islands in the Inner Hebrides. Oban is the perfect place to base yourself for any Scottish adventure.

On entering this beautiful property step into the landing and follow the hall through to the open-plan lounge/dinner where you can take in the views of the town and Ben Cruachan, relax in front of the cosy wood burner and watch a movie on the Smart TV. Next is the well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. Completing this level is a spacious double bedroom and a WC. Heading downstairs you encounter three double bedrooms, also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Venturing outside the front of the property has a gravel driveway with steps on either side of the property leading down to the rear garden with a patio area and charcoal BBQ. There is a small lawn and swing bench seat.

Lovely, well presented property within walking distance of Oban centre. It has everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was Ideal for exploring the local area including the Isle of Mull, Fort William and beyond. Property is located at the top of a hill, with lovely views, this wasnt an issue for us but could be for others. A taxi from the cRead moreentre was less than 5 if needed. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend others considering this property for their holiday. Hide

This is a lovely house and we really did enjoy our stay here. It could do with better seating in the living room if you are a group of 5+ but hopefully this will be sorted out. The beds are very comfortable and the house is situated in a quiet spot so you'll get a good night's sleep. Our family really enjoyed staying here and would come again.
