The Gairloch Area, just north of the Applecross peninsula is one of the most scenic areas of Scotland’s west coast and offers a wealth of spectacular scenery and activities for visitors. Situated on the famous North Coast 500, Scotland's biggest road trip. This is an Ideal base for visiting the west coast and the Islands. For outdoor enthusiasts there are excellent opportunities for walking, cycling, fishing, pony trekking, sailing, kayaking, boat trips, golf and climbing one of the many Munro’s in the area. Enjoy the wonderful uncrowded sandy beaches in the area such as the Big Sand and Redpoint, or visit the Gairloch Heritage Museum and the sub-tropical garden at Inverewe.

This beautifully designed Scandinavian interior offers comfortable spacious open plan living area over three levels with lovely views from every window. On entering, the spacious hallway on ground floor you will find a comfy king-size bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. There is also a separate WC with a heated towel rail. Continue through to the bright spacious open plan living area with floor to ceiling windows offering spectacular sea and island views. The stylish designed kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave.  Next to the kitchen is the utility area with sink, pulley clothes airer, small fridge and washing machine. Take a few steps down to the dining area with large table and seating a perfect place to enjoy a meal with family and friends. French doors lead out to the decking area. Take another few steps down to the welcoming lounge with cosy woodburner the perfect place to relax in the evening to enjoy the amazing mountain and sea views. Watch your favourite TV programmes and movies on the Smart TV and DVD. Back through the hallway the stairs lead to a second sitting area with a stunning cathedral style window. Relax in the comfy seating to read or play a board game while you enjoy the far-reaching views. There is also a TV/DVD, please note it is only available to watch DVD's as there is no TV connection. You will find the further 3 bedrooms on this level, one king-size, one twin and a single. There is also a spacious family bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC.

Stepping back outside there is an enclosed lawn garden with decking, garden furniture and BBQ for you to enjoy alfresco dining while watching the sun go down.

A stunning location and a beautiful house where my family made special memories for a week in February 2024. The house is warm and well insulated. Great for our dogs with the fenced garden and open plan downstairs. Would stay here again but would bring our own pillows and mattress toppers for a better nights sleep in the beds. Fabulous holiday home with everything and more to make it a fabulous relaxing destination! Little things like a wide range of oven dishes and plentiful towels were that weee bit extra that made it a treat to stay in. The welcome wine and nibbles were great after a long day of travel - would highly recommend! Incredible views from every window too!

This modern cottage with its fixtures and fittings are built to a high standard. It is very cosy and comfortable and has an excellent view. We visit the Gairloch area on a regular basis. An excellent property finished to a very high standard. 3-tier open plan dining and living areas gave beautiful views to the the Torridon Hills and Skye. This is a beautiful house, with excellent views of the Isle of Skye, & of the Torridon mountains to the south of Gairloch. We visited in April, sunny but chilly outside! The house felt warm. It's very comfortably furnished; plenty of parking, too. A lovely holiday home. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The house was well equipped and spacious with a large garden and amazing views. We loved the location with plenty of dog walks and beautiful beaches close by.

This is our second visit, last being in July 2017 and the place has lost none of its appeal. Great location and views and the property well equipped. Plenty of places to eat out close by and the 9 hole golf course is a gem and the cafe staff there very welcoming. Will be back again and hopefully sooner rather than later

Lovely house in a wonderful setting with great views & a very good sized secure garden. The house was extremely clean, well equipped & comfortable. Close to Gairloch village & its amenities as well as being a good base for exploring the numerous lovely beaches & country walks in the surrounding area.
