Cottage was in a lovely peaceful location with beautiful walks to see the rabbits, deers & birds of prey. We used it as base camp to explore all of Norfolk. The accommodation had everything for our stay in a tranquil setting. Would recommend to others & wed definitely stay there again if visiting that area in future.

Beautiful cottage and location. We all really enjoyed our stay. The enclosed garden was fabulous for Olive (dog) and she loved the shade in the bushes.

Absolutely wonderful accommodation, warm, comfortable, well appointed, simply the best holiday cottage we have stayed in and so ideal for 3 generations of one family. Ian and Jo had thought about everything we could possibly need and checked in with us on our first morning. We were all sad to leave and head home - our time in Norfolk was not longRead more enough in Oak Lodge. Hide

This cottage was amazing and perfect for the needs of our family. We stayed from christmas eve for 4 nights. When we arrived we was pleasantly surprised with the christmas tree, christmas card and mince pies. Even had milk in the fridge. The cottage was also lovely and warm thanks to Ian putting on the heating for our arrival. We had everything weRead more needed to cook a christmas dinner for the 6 of us. Although we did bring foil trays to make cooking easier. Everyone said their beds were good and all 3 rooms had plenty of room to put clothes away. The family bathroom was huge and even though we brought toilet roll with us there was toilet roll in the cottage. The showers were good although 2 people showering at the same time wasnt great so everyone took it in turns instead. We had our dog with us and the garden was secure and we could take him for walks on the field which he loved. Not to far away from anything and in a very quite spot. Was nice albeit cold standing out looking at the starts in the clear sky with no light pollution. Ian was great knocked to make sure all was ok and was on hand via text when we wasnt sure where the bins were. We would go back in a heartbeat 10 out of 10 and probably the best home from home we have stayed in. Hide
