Canonteign Falls, 30 miles, is one of England’s highest waterfalls and is set within stunning woodland. The coast is within 25 miles; the elegant Regency seaside town of Sidmouth beckons with its lovely promenade, or head to Exmouth for sandy beaches and estuary views.
One shallow step leads up to the decked area and into this cosy yet spacious glamping yurt. Inside, you'll be greeted by a beautifully arranged living and sleeping space. At the centre, there's a welcoming king-size bed, with two single beds on either side; these can be put away for lower occupancy if needed. This bright, charming retreat also includes a comfortable sofa and a warming wood burner. The camp kitchen adjacent to the yurt offers a gas hob and oven with plenty of pots and pans, as well as a cool box and washing-up station. A fridge for each yurt, with a freezer compartment, is situated nearby in the communal barn, where you’ll also find additional cooking facilities and a private shower room with WC.
Outside, you’ll find a BBQ and fire pit, great for toasting marshmallows under the stars. Each yurt has its own compost toilet close by. There is a large open space to enjoy games, plus a meadow maze to explore nearby.
