An airy, first-floor apartment in Warwickshire’s Stratford-upon-Avon, this inviting holiday home is perfect for exploring the enchanting medieval market town where English poet William Shakespeare was born. Sleeping three guests, the two-bedroom retreat could suit couples or small parties of friends. Just 120 metres from the river, the bolthole is 500 metres from Shakespeare’s Birthplace and 0.5 miles from the Tudor World Museum. The Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the Swan Theatre are also a distance of 0.5 miles. Wander the charming streets, potter in the shops, and dine out in pubs and restaurants. Stroll beside the River Avon or hire rowing boats and take to the water. Venture 1.5 miles to see Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, with its scenic gardens and orchards, or 8.5 miles to spend time in vibrant Warwick, with its famous castle. The beautiful, rolling Cotswolds are 6.5 miles away, with their myriad of picturesque footpaths and trails.

Return from your exciting trips out to make your way inside the apartment, which is one of two holiday properties within the building. Head in through the private entrance and climb the stairs to emerge in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Finished to a high specification with your comfort in mind, this bright, modern space has been designed with a chic colour palette. Unpack the local provisions you have bought in the kitchen area, make a cup of tea and head over to the plump sofa to settle in front of the Smart TV. Lovely spacious apartment. Excellent location close to the town centre and local amenities, with good onsite parking arrangements. We enjoyed a very comfortable and happy stay.

Superb location with ample, easy parking. Easy to find with SAT nav. Clean, smart, comfortable accommodation and really great to have two bedrooms, toilets and shower rooms. Well equipped. Easy ,flat walk into the centre of town. Excellent communication from owners. Definitely gets five stars from us and we look forward to returning next year.

Very clean tidy apartment well equipped with everything you need for a short break.Situated in a quiet location Just a five minute walk from the town centre was ideal with lots of things to do and see. Would highly recommended this accommodation for anyone wanting to visit Stratford on Avon.

A beautiful and spacious place, right in the heart of Stratford with all the local attractions within a walking distance of around 2 miles; Warwick and Kenilworth Castles are also only a short drive away.
