Hop in the car and venture 8.5 miles to the fringes of the magnificent Galloway Forest Park to explore its myriad of footpaths and walking routes. Discover the picturesque coastline, including the spectacular, wide, sandy beaches at Garlieston and Rigg Bay, 8 miles away.

Open the glass French windows in here on sunny days. Make fresh coffee in the machine when it is chilly to sip back through in the lounge beside the fire. A separate dining room is the perfect place for hearty breakfasts and candle-lit celebrations. You will also find more books, a radio and a record player in here for your entertainment. Also downstairs is the shower room, where you can refresh yourselves before and after your adventures.
