Enjoying a great location tucked away within Broadway’s original High street of character cottages and town houses, this red brick cottage for 2 offers a wealth of comfort and charm. Broadway is one of the most beautiful Cotswold villages, situated at the Gateway to the Cotswolds.

Its central location makes it an ideal base for visiting the numerous villages such as Snowshill, Stow on the Wold, Bourton on the Water and Moreton in Marsh. The Cotswold Way passes through for keen walkers, along with some great cycling and the famous Broadway Tower. For enthusiastic gardeners there is Batsford Arboretum and garden centre. A visit to Daylesford farm shop and restaurant is a must. Further afield you will find the Malvern Hills and Three Counties Showground, Stratford upon Avon with its Shakespeare Theatre and horse racing, Regency Cheltenham which is famous for the Gold Cup festival and many other festivals throughout the year. Broadway Railway has now opened after 58 years (please check events and availability).

When walking into this cosy cottage just off the high street you will greeted by the lounge which offers an open fire and TV. Moving into the well-equipped kitchen you will find an electric oven and hob, fridge, washing machine and microwave with doors leading to the enclosed courtyard. Upstairs you will find the bedroom which comprises of a super-king size bed together with a bathroom which has a shower and WC.

The overall stay over the Xmas period was spectacular especially all the Xmas decorations in the village one of the best scenes we have ever seen ,the people were very welcoming.

Cottage in great location but extremely small . Not suitable for people with limited mobility as difficult stairs and a cramped loo have to be negotiated. Very comfy large bed and a good kitchen but cooking equipment needs to be appropriate for a couple. Pans would feed 10 people. Most of the kitchen equipment is fine . Modern bathroom with a good Read moreshower but needs a non-slip mat. Bring your own. Pleasant courtyard at the back which is nice on a sunny day. Ideal for a single person. Hide

I have stayed here twice and its perfect for one plus a small dog. I adore the location, appreciate the comfortable bed and the courtyard. Shower is great and good to have a washing machine for longer stays.

Excellent location. Cottage was Compact and Bijou-downstairs is doable-bedroom and bathroom both very tight, that said it added to the experience. Broadway is a super place to stay. Lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Tapas bar has my vote for the best restaurant along with Fish Hotel. Broadway Tower , home of William Morris is a must to go and sRead moreee. The views are amazing. All the usual places to see in Cotswolds are about a 40 minute drive ,very good to get to other areas from this location. Hide
