For satisfying and scenic walks, join the South West Coast Path (0.5 miles) and follow it along to dramatic spots like Baggy Point (1 mile), Woolacombe Beach (4.5 miles) and the National Trust site at Morte Point (5.5 miles). For day trips, explore the pretty village of Mortehoe (5.5 miles) or head to Ilfracombe (9 miles) for harbour walks and seasonal boat trips to Lundy.
