All on one level, this annexe is tucked away in a peaceful rural location just outside the market town of Ashbourne, s a Victorian town at the southern end of the Peak District National Park and is known as the ‘Gateway to the Peaks’. There are many designer clothes shops, antique emporiums, restaurants and pubs for you to explore during your stay.
Enter through a wide doorway and make yourselves at home in the first room, an open-plan lounge/kitchen – a bright and airy space thanks to the sliding patio doors and large corner window with views towards the lakes. The lounge area has a comfortable corner sofa, a cushioned rattan armchair, a coffee table, wall-mounted Smart TV, and a small dining table with two chairs by the window. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and stools, high-gloss fitted units and some appliances for a comfortable stay. You also have access to the owner’s washing machine if required. The bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed, a chest of drawers and a TV. You then have a wet room with a rain head shower and rinser attachment, plus a WC.
Outside, there is a level patio area adjacent to the property, with garden furniture and a gas barbecue. You also have access to the owner’s extensive grounds, including a scenic footpath around the two lakes.
