Relax and unwind at this tranquil spot set in the peaceful countryside. With its own private hot tub and superb lakeside views, you will find it difficult to tear yourself away. This single-storey property, situated within a bustling working farm, has been thoughtfully designed and equipped with everything you need. It is conveniently located just 1 mile from the village of Pyworthy with its village inn and restaurant, 3 miles from the small town of Holsworthy and just 8 miles from the excellent surfing beaches and amenities at Bude with its choice of sandy stretches to relax on in the summer months. There is much to see and do in the area with market towns such as Bideford (22 miles), and The Tamar Lakes (10 miles) also easily accessible, offering an array of water-based activities, walks, and fishing.

 Modern and contemporary, the bright and spacious single-storey accommodation is stylishly furnished to ensure your holiday is as relaxing as possible. Entering the property brings you directly into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner complete with chic soft furnishings, two sofas, Smart TV and picture sliding doors that overlook the lake. The kitchen itself comprises an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine with stunning views of the lake. A dining table and chairs allow everyone to sit and eat together whilst enjoying the expansive lakeside views. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, Smart TV, en-suite shower and WC, and glass sliding doors leading out to the patio outside. Completing the accommodation is another bedroom with a super king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made into 3’ single beds on request). This also has a Smart TV, en-suite shower and WC, and a glass sliding door leading out to the patio area.

Heading outside, the property has lots of added extras to make your stay a special one. The private large patio area has garden furniture, loungers, and a charcoal BBQ, and leads to the hot tub, where you can relax after a long day out or perhaps go fishing by the private section of the lake. There is a lawned area beyond the decking, ideal for watching the sunset. There is an EV charger onsite, a small fee is payable to owner prior to arrival of £50 per car.

We spent a really lovely week in Kingfishers. It was so calm and peaceful not only because of its amazing surroundings but also because of the clever design choices in the house. So beautiful and so comfortable. Thank you.
