It is completely secluded yet only a short drive to the North Devon link road making the rest of Devon very accessible. The farm specialises in and is passionate about Regenerative Agriculture, so offers a wildlife haven with wildflowers, birds of prey and deer frequently visiting. Walks can be enjoyed from the doorstep with views extending right over to Dunkery Beacon the highest point on Exmoor. Located right on the edge of Exmoor, with the North and South Coast beaches such as Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough, Exmouth and Lyme Regis ranging from 34 to 40 miles. To stock up on supplies visit the market towns of Tiverton or Bampton both 6 miles, or ask the owners about their Seasonal Meat and Farm produce boxes. Farm eggs, honey and apple juice available all year round.

When you enter this stylishly decorated 16th century barn conversion, you really get the Wow factor. The vaulted ceilings, cob and stone walls and exposed oak beams all offer a beautiful 'Away from it all' feeling. The light and airy open-plan studio space enjoys views over the garden and to the fields. Relax on the wonderfully comfy sofa (bed) approached via two steps and cosy in-front of the wood burner with a good book. Situated in the lounge area is a Smart TV, so you can keep up with your favourites programmes or chill in front of a film. The small but well equipped kitchen area is perfect for cooking a lazy breakfast in bed or a light supper. The sleeping area has a king-size bed so you can sleep tight after a day out exploring. Would 100% recommend as the place was absolutely stunning, everything felt cosy but luxurious, and was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, went out of their way to make us feel at home and had some good insights into the local area. Will definitely be booking again!
