Very comfortable and clean with everything you would need in the cottage. The only downside for us was that there were no public footpaths passing near the cottage making it necessary to drive to somewhere before going for a walk in the countryside.

The cottage was lovely. A beautiful and peaceful space to relax after exploring the multitude of things Northumberland has to offer. Very well situated for trips out to Bamburgh, Alnwick, Berwick-upon-Tweed etc.

The cottage is beautiful, light and open with everything you could need. It's in a lovely, quiet location but not totally isolated as there are other cottages in the development. Plenty of outside space with enclosed gardens front and back. Only around 20-30 mins max to get to the beach. My only issue was the really hard mattresses. I struggled to Read moresleep and was in pain the whole time. If you like a hard mattress you'll be fine, but it did spoil it for me. A good night's sleep is everything. Hide

A comfortable well furnished house and although seemingly off the beaten track it is still a good base to explore Northumberland and the borders. Would definitely visit again.

Cottage excellent. A little remote for us, but ideal for anyone doing a lot of walking and liking a remote situation. I would recommend the holiday to the right friends, but not all, depending on their needs. Unfortunately we had to leave early and were unable to get full benefits.

Rosebud Cottage is situated in a quiet location and a perfect base for exploring Northumberland. A very comfortable cottage and beautifully decorated. We spent a relaxing bank holiday here with our 2 young boys and will be returning to this hidden gem in the near future.
