Ideally placed for families, children will enjoy making the most of the beach’s soft sand and gently shelving swimming spots. Broadstairs' burgeoning restaurant scene attracts food lovers, with golfers drawn to the stunning North Foreland Golf Course just 1.5 miles away from the property. Venturing further afield, there is the nearby town of Margate (2.5 miles) with the recently restored family attraction, Dreamland, as well as the Turner Contemporary Gallery, while the historic city of Canterbury, known for great shopping and Canterbury Cathedral, is 18 miles away. For keen walkers and cyclists, the Viking Trail runs along the edge of Stone Bay stretching from Ramsgate to Reculver, making this the perfect base for couples and families looking to escape it all.

Beautifully furnished throughout, this accommodation is spacious and open-plan, offering a stylish lounge area with multiple seating options, either surrounding the Smart TV or in front of the patio doors overlooking the garden. This is a fantastic space for family celebrations and entertaining or just right for curling up in front of the fire on a chilly afternoon and enjoying a good book. The kitchen area is a beautiful space in which to prepare dinner with a sociable island for chatting around, and it includes all of the contemporary fittings and appliances you could wish for. Dine together around the lovely table after a busy day at the beach, before enjoying some board games ahead of a restful night's sleep. The ground floor offers two bedrooms, a king-size and a double, and these two rooms share the ground-floor bathroom. The ground floor is completed with a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading upstairs you will find a further three bedrooms, two with Smart TVs. First, there’s a super-king-size bedroom (which has an en-suite shower room), then a king-size bedroom, both of which share access to the large balcony offering sea views – the perfect spot for a morning espresso. The final bedroom is a twin room with the option of two additional single beds (sleeping four, plus a cot for baby as required). The first floor is completed with a family bathroom with a Jacuzzi-style bath.

Venture outside into the fully enclosed garden where guests can make use of the heated outdoor splash pool (available from Easter holidays until the end of Oct Half Term) and hot tub for 5 people (available throughout the year). Swimming enthusiasts can use the swim harness for some leisurely exercise, or lounge about and soak up the sun on the inflatables provided. Surrounding the pool is a patio area with sun loungers, garden furniture, and a charcoal BBQ (April - October), perfect for those summer evenings. An outdoor shower is provided for washing off sandy toes and a water feature provides a peaceful setting in which to relax. The garden room offers gym equipment and a Smart TV for those who wish to work out whilst being entertained. Adults and children alike will enjoy the darts board and 10-in-1 games table provided which includes pool, table tennis, ice hockey and more. The garden room set-up is completed with a home office, with a sit to stand ergonomic desk, dual screens and internet connectivity, allowing you to work from your holiday home when needed.
