Situated in the peaceful, coastal village of Findochty, this property is close to the harbour, known as Crooked Haven, the beach, and village amenities. Take a stroll around the typical fishing village stopping at the local pub/restaurant for refreshments, or simply relax and watch the boats at the harbour. The Moray Firth coastline offers a mix of golden sandy beaches, sheltered coves, and dramatic cliffs, plus fabulous walks and cycle routes starting from the front door. Banff is 18 miles offering boat tours, water sports, outdoor activities, and more. Strathlene golf course is 1.5 miles, enjoy a round whilst taking in the spectacular views golfing or following the world-famous Malt Whisky Trail, Moray has it all.

On entering this beautiful period cottage, you immediately feel welcomed into the large open-plan lounge/diner, relax on the comfy sofas and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. On cooler evenings, enjoy a cosy night in front of the lovely wood burner. The dining area has seating for all and provides the perfect area to enjoy a family meal. The stylish kitchen has a centre island with seating and is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is a lovely ground floor king-size bedroom and completing the ground floor is a family bathroom with a separate shower and WC. Head up the stairs and you will come to the sunroom with a comfy sofa, Smart TV, and the most amazing views overlooking the village and the sea. Continuing up the stairs you have three light and bright bedrooms, one super- king-size, one king-size, and one twin. Completing this property is a shower room and WC.

Heading outside, you will find the enclosed garden to the rear overlooking the sea with a patio area and seating for you to enjoy a morning coffee. There is roadside parking outside the property, subject to availability.

Fantastic place to stay for a few days over Hogmanay. The location is beautiful, only 2 miles walk to Portknockie and Bow-Fiddle rock, and not far from good shops in Buckie. The house itself is well kept and has fantastic amenities, the log burner was much appreciated after a New Years dook! The internet is fast and the TVs / Sonos speakers were peRead morerfect for watching movies. My friends and I had a wonderful stay here, and we all said that we would stay at this property again without question. Hide

The house was amazing and we all said it was the nicest property we have ever stayed in, and weve stayed in a lot. We loved the views, the decor, the furniture. The beds were very comfortable, there were no squeaky floors, beds, anything. It was practically perfect. We enjoyed watching sunsets and dolphins from the sunroom. Findochty is a beautiful little village on the Moray Firth with lovely beaches and harbour. We found a natural harbour with a little beach , lovely for swimming and crabbing. Lovely house with wonderful views from the sunroom. Very clean with plenty of towels and lots of space, bedrooms were all a good size. Attending a family funeral and helping to sort out deceaseds matters so didnt get too much time to enjoy the house but would like to return.

Excellent 5 star property with high end fixtures and fittings. Amazing panoramic sea view from the sunroom never gets boring. Great location for exploring the coastline of Moray Firth. Super king bed was really comfortable as well.
