This apartment is exquisitely located overlooking the East Sussex National Golf Course in the pretty Sussex village of Little Horsted, and under 0.25 miles to the village pubs and farm shops. Enjoy scenic walks right from the doorstep across local footpaths that meander the beautiful countryside or hop in the car and take a trip to nearby historic Lewes with its Castle and wide range of shops and restaurants. Those looking to soak up the local culture can enjoy the world-renowned summer concerts at Glyndebourne Opera House, or visit Alfriston Clergy House, the first property acquired by the National Trust. Brighton is only a short drive away with its Royal Pavilion and a shopper’s paradise offering boutique shopping combined with places to eat and drink.

Venture through the front door of this property which is located in the owner’s grounds and you find yourself in the generous hallway with ample space for dropping off coats and wellies before heading on through to the spacious lounge/kitchen/diner and relaxing on the comfy sofas or armchairs. Prepare a meal together in the kitchen with an electric oven and hob, coffee machine and dishwasher to do the hard work and enjoy discussing the next day’s adventures over dinner at the impressive dining table made from an original beam from the owner's Oast house. After dinner, put some music on the Sonos sound system and challenge your partner to a game or two on the pool table. There is private parking for one car and bike storage available. This property has access to the pond, where dogs are to be supervised, due to the resident ducks. An absolutely delightful property with welcoming owners . The size of the apartment was unbelievable. The gorgeous gardens were so peaceful! We did not want to leave! It really is a comfortable apartment in every way.

We had an amazing time at the Dog and Duck at Worth Oast. Lynette and Sam are wonderful hosts, we even had a homemade apple cake as a welcome gift. The apartment is spacious and comfy, with everything you need - most importantly, the bar and pool table! Flat is on top floor of a converted barn with lovely natural areas for walks just out of the door, our hosts were absolutely fantastic and very welcoming, their dogs were very friendly with our dog, which was greatly appreciated since she his very shy and insecure. The property is ideally located to attend Glyndebourne Opera and to visit towns of lRead moreocal importance. We'll be back if possible. Lynette and Sam were very welcoming. The home made bread and cake was very nice. It is a lovely place too stay, central for the country side or the sea side with some nice walks near by. The pool table was an added bonus. Would highly recommend staying here for a nice break.

Beautiful location, fresh cake and bread on arrival and a lovely warm welcome from Lynette. The bar and pool table were a nice addition and also your own seating area outside to enjoy a sunny day. Everything you need in the kitchen and good to have a dishwasher while away! Great hosts and nice setting. The food at the two closest pubs was lovely!
