Beautifully appointed annex to the main house. The arrangements for checking in and out were very clear. The owners were very helpful during my stay, suggesting places that would be good for me to visit, and volunteering help on a couple of extra things they lent me to make my stay more comfortable. The cottage is very close to the A21 which made iRead moret great for going places. You could hear the road at the front it isnt an issue at all, and in the bedroom it was 100% quiet. Thoroughly recommended. Hide

Lovely cosy property which is well equipped . Wendy and Graham made me feel so welcome and added a lovely food pack of eggs , bread , cereal , milk and home made jam . This was perfect as I was working in the area so limited time to shop . They even came in to clean and refill the log burner each day .

We had a lovely break in this very clean and classy cottage. We loved the bright lounge with the bifold doors that led out onto a little patio area where we could enjoy the sun. The decor is lovely throughout and the cottage has a warm and inviting feel to it. The owners were very welcoming and we really appreciated the basket of goodies given to uRead mores when we arrived. The fresh eggs, in particular were a delight! Lots of National Trust places to visit and we particularly enjoyed Hastings as well. Hide
