Just perfect to celebrate our anniversary! Stunning scenery from the hut and the hot tub with walks straight from the door Helen and Richard are very friendly and flexible - we also got fresh eggs and milk on arrival! The whole place is absolute perfection! We had the most magical time. The owners really go above & beyond to ensure you have a trip to remember, they really are some of the loveliest people weve ever met. We will most definitely be back & we cannot wait!

This was our second visit to the Heights of Winder and it was just as wonderful as we remembered it. Helen and Richard are excellent hosts and are always on hand to answer any queries and make recommendations about the local area. We had a wonderful stay. The place is just so lovely and on a perfect spot in the middle of the country. The hut was spotless and hosts very friendly. Weather wasnt great but when you want to snuggle up, you dont need much apart from a good company We can definitely recommend this accommodation and hopefully we will come again to climb the hills.

Another amazing stay, we stayed in May last year and July this year. The hut was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hot tub was amazing, especially after a long walk. The pubs in Sedberg are all very nice and welcoming. Helen and Richard are friendly hosts.

We absolutely loved the location of the hut as the views were spectacular! Absolutely stunning location for our hot tub holiday. Helen and Richard our professional and friendly hosts provided everything for us , including Excellent Netflix quality. We had a fabulous few days at the Height of Winder shepherd's hut - amazing views from the hot tub and lovely, cosy accommodation. Hosts were friendly with good local knowledge and the location made the Dales and the Lakes easily accessible. A really special place to stay, so much so, we got engaged here.

We have just returned from an idyllic stay in the shepherd's hut. This is our second stay here and, this time, we stayed a week. The hut is so cosy and very well equipped. Absolutely fabulous, relaxing Easter weekend. Perfect location. Everything you can possibly need down to the plastic champagne flutes for the hot tub! The hut itself is so cosy and warm with underfloor heating. Helen & Richard the hosts made us feel extremely welcome. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect short weekend. Helen and Richard are so lovely, the hut it compact but everything you need in once place. Hot tub is huge and a welcome luxury after a day of climbing the surrounding hills. We cant wait to return in the warmer months!

The Shepherds Hut was all we hoped for and more. An idilic location, fantastic for walking or relaxing in the hot tub. Helen and Richard were terrific hosts, extremely helpful and supportive but hugely respectful of our privacy. The hut is really well equipped, very warm and cosy. Absolutely beautiful little hut. The location is great, with the convenience of the village only a few minutes drive away. Honestly the entire stay was perfect. We had everything we needed to cook with, every little thing has been thought about right down to shower caps. There are some excellent places to eat in Sedburgh and we loved to soak in the hot tub, it has the most stunning views and the sheep come up to visit, it's an amazing place to relax
