Upon arrival, steps lead you to the garden entrance where the owners’ vision to create the most unique couples retreat awaits you. This property comprises of one double bedroom, sumptuous on all levels, with a double bed that’s dressed with crisp linen and stylish throws. The central area with sofa bed houses the lounge/kitchen/diner, enjoy some down time and cosy up in the cooler months beside the wood burner (first basket of logs included) and watch TV, enjoying the cosy ambience. The kitchen is equipped with all you require to whip up a meal, with electric hob and combination microwave oven and fridge with ice compartment. Just off from the central lounge/kitchen/dining area is the contemporary shower room with shower and WC.

Heading outside to the decking, relax after a day’s adventures, enjoy the warmth of the hot tub and a glass of your finest champagne, then retire to the garden and relax around the fire pit whilst the BBQ kicks into life. There is off-road parking for one car.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Absolutely beautiful location with a stunning view, extremely peaceful and was nice to be greeted by the cows and chickens in the evenings. Sadie and Tim were so welcoming and the scones were amazing! Thank you and will definitely be back!

Lovely, relaxing and beautiful location. We were greeted by Sadie and shown around....she had also made us Scones with Jam and Cream which were delicious. We travelled out to Padstow which was only 45 mins away.....lovely walk along the cliffside down onto the beach. Mevagissey is only 4 miles away and well worth a visit! What a great little glamping tent. It had all the equipment you would need for a comfortable stay. The views over to Pentewan Beach were stunning and the hot tub was a big plus point for us. The hosts were lovely and nothing was too much trouble if we had any questions. They also left some lovely scones for our arrival. Stunning location with lovely views and great facilities, all you need for a comfortable stay. The location was very quiet and was very relaxing yet close to some great attractions such as the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. St Austell is close by for all you shopping needs.

This is just a great place to stay if you like your own space, peace, quiet and beautiful views. Of the beaten track but not far from beautiful beaches and attractions. Third time here and won't be the last. Tim and Sadie are fantastic hosts, there if you need them, left alone if not

We loved the stay. The location was perfect. With a beautiful view and easy access to everything needed. The hosts were very nice people and were very quick at providing help when needed. We would definitely love to visit again as there was so much more to do but due to the weather we were limited.

This place was out of this world amazing! Every part of it has been done to the highest standard. From the bed linen to the welcome scones, you couldn't fault a thing. And the views!!! We felt so secluded and peaceful and especially loved the cows on our door step. Really one of the best places we've ever stayed, cannot wait to come back!!!

What an amazing place. The views were breathtaking and it was so quiet. At the end of a long track which means no traffic noise and just cows for neighbours. Valley view was very clean and well equipped and the log burner was perfect and was needed in October. Owners we really helpful and the hot tub was perfect. We had a fantastic time, everything you need is there and the tent was spotless. The views are amazing and some great places to visit are all within walking distance. It is only about 15 mins away from beautiful beaches and Charles town is 10 mins away. All in all we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this as a place to stay.

A unique setting, a real getaway from it all but with plenty to do in the area, A well equipped, comfortable safari tent with everything you need and the added bonus of a hot tub and delicious cream tea on arrival, perfect hosts. Cannot fault and would definitely return.

This property is a hidden gem. Located in the countryside with owners not too far away should you need and advise on local area. Scones and jam and cream were a wonderful touch .. Lovely quiet place to stay off the beaten track attached to a farm, amazing views, hosts fantastic, very helpful and Sadies homemade scones and clotted cream on arrival were amazing lots of little walks through the country, best beach was at Caerhays for swimming and the dog, would definitely recommend and go back again

Lovely stay so peaceful just the sounds of nature. Our little dog was absolutely mesmerised by the bulls in adjoining field. But terrorised the chickens if they got to close to the fence.
